About Us

Founded in 2017, by Nalini Goolsarran, EdgeSpace Marketing has been helping clients grow through unparalleled services. We work shoulder to shoulder with our clients to build creative and strategic solutions.

Nalini Goolsarran

CEO & Founder

Nalini Goolsarran, is an Entrepreneur in Fairfield County who enjoys empowering her clients to utilize technology to reach their audience digitally. It was this very passion for bridging the technology gap that inspired her to found EdgeSpace Marketing.

 

Nalini graduated SUNY College of Buffalo with a BS in Computer Information Systems. After which, she began her career as an IT professional in the financial sector. It was during this time that she discovered how having the right technology influenced the employee experience and subsequently, the customer journey. Nalini quickly became adept at transforming business practices and streamlining communications. She later transitioned to Communications and Project Management roles in New York City, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. Before becoming an
entrepreneur, she was an Associate COO for a division of a global financial institution.

 

Believing in the strength of her community, she spends much of her free time volunteering for causes and organizations that address social inequality. This includes College Coaching for Future 5 and co-chairing the Ferguson Library fundraising committee.

 

In her leisure time, Nalini paints acrylic canvases inspired by Eastern and African cultures and is a cultural dancer performing and teaching Indian and Caribbean dances.

Over the years I’ve found that small business owners are focused on providing quality services and do not have the time or staff to implement a robust digital marketing strategy. Combining my expertise in Technology, Communication and Project Management, I’ve developed an approach that involves custom-made integrated solutions that define the right messaging at the right time to help businesses engage with the right audience. I take the time to get to know each of my clients to build a partnership and help their businesses grow.”

Megan Lillie

Digital Engagement Specialist

Megan Lillie  specializes in Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design and has expansive experience in the non-profit space.

 

Most recently, she was the Marketing & Events Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford and the Social Media Marketing Manager at the Yonkers Family YMCA. Prior to joining us in Stamford, Megan worked in communications for the YMCA of Greater NY in Manhattan. She has an MA in Exhibition & Experience Design from the Corcoran College of Art & Design at George Washington University and a BA in Photography from Western Connecticut State University.

 

Megan is very passionate about community engagement and the impact marketing can have on the overall success of our clients businesses. She has a knack for helping organizations bring awareness to their mission while also building an engaged audience to help raise funds and find volunteers to help them carry out their initiatives and services.

Michael Hernández

Content Specialist

Michael Hernández is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a dual degree in Political Science and Economics in the Honors Program, with minors in English and Urban and Community Studies. On-campus, Michael served as the Student Body President, Founder of the Undergraduate Political Science Association, the Vice-President of the Connecticut Young Democrats and a regular contributor to the Undergraduate Political Review, the Business Review and the student newspaper. Off-campus, Michael has worked on various political campaigns, the U.S. Census, the Stamford Housing Affordability Study, and the historic Afford to Dream Act. His interests in public policy include housing and urban development as well as promoting civic engagement at the municipal level, which are reflected in his honors thesis. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Chicago and hopes to enter public service in his hometown. Michael calls Stamford, Connecticut home.

Daniel (DJ) Baldwin

Content Specialist

DJ Baldwin is a Content Specialist with a passion for language and storytelling. He studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Maryland before beginning a career in broadcast journalism. It was in the newsroom that he perfected the art of short-form narrative and learned about digital communications. He now manages his own freelance writing business. His writing has been featured in magazines, lifestyle blogs, and literary journals. He owns three typewriters and one cat named Jack.

Gabriel Ortiz

Digital Experience Designer

Gabriel graduated from the University of Connecticut with his Bachelors in Arts in Digital Media and Design with a concentration in Business. During his time there, he has worked with organizations such as Digital Media Connecticut and Stamford Innovation Partnerships towards building the foundations for Connecticut’s Entrepreneurial presence. In the process, he has seen how the digital experience creates an incredible opportunity for growth for organizations and movements of all kinds. He now works towards helping clients through their digital transformation process and enabling positive outcomes through designing customer experiences.
